b. Personal Information: This application will not collect any personal data from you.

c. Game Data: The only data that is saved (locally) is: your in-game scores (level, highscore, settings, etc). None of this data identifies you personally. Once the game is uninstalled this data is lost.

2. Permissions:

a. This application does not require special permissions to access internal memory.

b. This application does not require special permissions to access the SD card.

c. This application does not require special Internet access permissions (WIfi, 2G, 3G or any other means of connection).

d. This application does not require special permissions to access the Bluetooth devices.

e. This application does not require special permissions to access any cameras.

3. Marketing and Advertising Practices:

We do not send you any marketing material. The application does not have internet access and does not communicate with third parties to send you advertisements, promotions, emails, newsletters and anything like that.

This application does not display ads, either online or offline.

4. Data Security and Data Retention:

The only data that is saved (your high score in the game) is stored on your own device. That is, the storage is local and you can delete it at any time. This data is not online, as the application does not have an internet connection.

5. Children�s Privacy

We comply with the Children�s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).We do not collect any personal identification information of children under the age of thirteen (13) and persons of any age.

No personal data is collected or transferred. In this way, there is no type of treatment that can be performed on them for residents in the European Union (EU).
